The short version
We do not carry self-service limit tools. No deposit limit, no loss limit, no session timer, no reality check, no cooling-off switch — not in the browser and not behind the home-screen icon. What we do carry is a thirteen-question self-assessment, age verification, and an email route for breaks and closures that a person handles by hand.
Saying that plainly matters more on a phone than anywhere else, because a phone is where people look for a limit control at the moment they most want one.
What the self-assessment asks
Whether gambling has cost you time at work or study. Whether a loss has pulled you back for another go. Whether a loan has paid for a session, or whether the people closest to you know about it. Whether it has caused arguments. Whether you felt remorse afterwards. Whether some way of paying for it has tempted you that you would ordinarily reject.
Thirteen questions, no scoring band, no result screen. The answers are the point. Once the uncomfortable answers pass two or three, that is the signal, and the week it happens beats the month after.
Taking a break
Write to support@lizaro.com and say what you want: the account closed, or a break of a stated length. From our side it gets acted on at the earliest practical point.
Two consequences follow from it being handled by hand. Because none of it happens instantly, put the request in ahead of the moment instead of during it. Its reach stops at this account — keeping further accounts from opening elsewhere falls to you, and losses on accounts outside our hands carry no liability for us.
Closing the account
Same address. Only possible with no remaining balance and no pending withdrawal, so withdraw first and wait for the money to land. Shut one down while a positive balance or an open request is still on it, and those funds disappear. That is the one rule on this page worth reading twice.
Age, and shared devices
For anyone under 18, registering is out of bounds and against the law. We take responsibility for verifying the age of every customer, and winnings taken by an underage player are cancelled.
A home-screen icon is easy for anyone holding the phone to tap, which is exactly why a shared or family device wants a filter rather than trust. The parental control we send people to is Net Nanny.

Our page names no Dutch body at all.
Signs worth watching for
Sessions that stretch past their intended length, repeat more often than the plan allowed, or ride on stakes that climbed while nobody watched. Going back to win money back. Sitting down to shift a mood instead of to enjoy an hour. A gambling stake drawn from a budget that was meant for something else entirely. Reaching for the phone during hours you would not have played at a desktop. One on its own says almost nothing; two or three at once earn a break.
