The binding text is the English General Terms and Conditions on the operator site. Translations exist for convenience only, and where a promotion's own terms conflict with these, the promotion wins.
1. The parties
On the other side of the contract stands the company running the website. Neither its name nor a company number nor a registered office made it into the Terms. The wording for settling a claim or dispute is "in accordance with the applicable Law", and it stops there: no governing law, no court, no seat. Clause 2.2 places the legality question on the customer: we give no assurance about the legality of your use of the site, and knowing the law where you live is your responsibility.
2. Eligibility
Take eighteen and the legal age where you are, and go with the higher of the two.
The following list rules out both opening an account and putting money in it: Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, the United Kingdom, the United States, Côte d'Ivoire and Japan. The list may change at our discretion without forewarning, with the change published on the site. A player located in an excluded jurisdiction agrees not to open an account and to close one already open.
Individual games carry further territorial restrictions under the providers' own policies: NetEnt titles run on a long separate list, and Vikings, Narcos, Street Fighter and Planet of the Apes each carry their own.
3. The account
The count stops at one — one person, one household and address, one phone number, one email address, one IP address. Number two is a Duplicate Account: void play, void winnings, and any withdrawal that already left it becomes a debt.
No account changes hands by sale, transfer, purchase or acquisition, and the value attached to one is just as barred from transfer, pledge, trade and gift. Once the right login and password go in, the account holder owns whatever follows, even where a stranger typed it.
At registration you warrant that you have never previously registered another account or received money through someone else's, and that all registration data is true and complete.
Closure is by email and only with no remaining balance and no pending withdrawal; closing an account that still holds either voids those funds. Self-exclusion runs through the same address, and you must disclose other accounts and refrain from opening new ones. Neither notice nor justification is needed from us to refuse an account or to close one.
Go 180 days without logging in and the account reads Inactive, and an administration fee of €5 a month may apply throughout.

Assessment of a complete answer typically lands inside 10 days, and complex cases sit outside it. Payment can be withheld and the account suspended until documents arrive, and closed permanently if they never do.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
How low and how high a deposit can go is at our discretion, with the Terms committing to no figure. What sits there is nothing like a bank balance: uninsured, unbacked by assets, earning nothing. The act of depositing lets us take fines or dues owed straight out of the balance, and rules a chargeback out from your side. Taxes and charges on winnings are yours.
Refunds are exceptional. Get the request in within 24 hours of the transaction, expect an answer within 10 business days, and expect a refusal once the deposit or its bonus has been put on a bet. Deducting bonuses and winnings happens first, and the refund is calculated on what is left. With a credit card behind the funding, withdrawal requests up to the total deposited may be paid out as refunds against those purchases.
Withdrawals return through the funding method wherever possible, and the requested method is not guaranteed. Three at a time is as many as can sit pending. Cancellation follows a suspicion of fraud, collusion or illegal activity on any withdrawal, and every one of them meets audit, play checks and account verification first.
Before a withdrawal the deposit needs turnover of at least x1. Come in below it and winnings can be cancelled with 10% of the last deposit held back as processing costs, €0.50 at the very least, or 15% on bank card and bank transfer. Standing separately is a rule permitting a decline where the calendar month holding the request shows less than €20 wagered.
Ceilings run by level: €500 a day and €7,000 a month at Level 1 through to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at Level 5, published in eleven currencies. Level follows activity across the 90 calendar days before the request, weighted by the ratio of deposits to withdrawals and bonuses received; a month without bets drops the account to the lowest level.
6. Bonuses
A wagering requirement rides on every bonus, set out as a multiplier over the bonus, or over bonus plus deposit. Where a promotion is silent, these are the defaults: x35 on deposit plus bonus for a deposit casino bonus, withdrawal no higher than ten times the bonus; x40 for a no-deposit casino bonus, no higher than five times; no-deposit free spins with winnings capped at €80 and x40 applied over that.
The order is fixed: real-money balance through first, bonus balance second. You get 10 days on a casino bonus and 30 on a sports bonus; miss it and the bonus voids along with everything it won. Try to withdraw with the wagering unmet and the bonus balance voids, and so does everything derived from it. Meet the wagering and the funds shift into the real-money wallet, where they behave like any other balance.
For contribution, put slots, scratch cards and keno at 100%, live games, video poker and Plinko at 10%, and table and card games at 0%. Not a cent of bonus money is playable on jackpot slots, Slingo or bingo. A Special Games list names titles at 50% or 10%, an Excluded list is worth nothing to the requirement, and a Prohibited list will not open with a bonus running.
What gets called promotion abuse: single bets over €100 with wagering still open, low-risk patterns of the covering-24-of-37-roulette-numbers sort, switching between low- and high-weighted games to clear a requirement, two-tier betting, and holding back a round or a bonus feature to convert accumulated value. Our discretion decides whether a bonus is denied, rejected or cancelled, and whether an account stays in the promotion programme.
7. Complaints
Handled first by customer service and escalated internally where they cannot be resolved immediately. A disputed answer goes in writing to the complaints address, from the registered email address, carrying COMPLAINT and the reason in the subject, a detailed summary, and the specific dates and times. A Complaints Resolution Committee reviews the case and answers within 10 days, extendable for unusually complex cases. Where the outcome is unsatisfactory the Terms point to external dispute resolution options without naming a body.
8. Other
Where suspicion of fraud or illegal activity lands, notice may go out to government bodies, other operators, service providers, banks, card processors and payment providers.
